Our stay was nice, but there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. The room was beautifully decorated and the pool area was inviting. However, we noticed that the cleaning was not up to standard, with old towels and some dust around the suite. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing, as the options were limited and the staff seemed more focused on eating than providing for the guests. Overall, while the atmosphere had great potential, maintenance and service need some serious attention to match the beauty of the hotel.

The beach shuttle made it super easy to hit the surf, and we loved hanging out by the pool, playing table tennis, and lounging in the hammocks. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there’s fresh coffee all day. Great vibes all around!

Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit humid, which made the beds feel damp at times. I wish they could improve the air circulation.

The culinary scene nearby is a treasure trove! Portal Tulum served up a risotto that had me dreaming of Italy, and Canova Cantina's tacos were totally to die for. Plus, that beautiful pool area? Pure paradise.

We enjoyed a 10-night stay in a cozy room with a lovely balcony. The atmosphere felt tranquil, perfect for relaxation. However, the gym equipment was out of order during our visit, and the bathroom cleanliness could use attention. Consider dining off-site for more varied breakfast options.

The gym’s equipment didn’t work during my visit, and breakfast options were too limited. Maintenance issues are evident, like the slow shower flow and inconsistent water temperature. Though it's within walking distance to some places, biking in the heat along busy roads isn’t exactly enjoyable.

Amazing amenities, convenient location, the flat had a really well equipped kitchen with an amazing blender for preparing meals.
